We get it, sometimes it just doesn't work out. New and unworn items are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery. Please notify us by emailing within 7 days of the delivery in order to receive a return authorization number and ship to address. In your email, please include your order number and reason for return/exchange. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or if there has been a shipping mistake by us. Please include your order number with your item(s) when you mail them. Once your item is received, please allow 2 – 7 days for the refund to appear on your credit card. We reserve the right to refuse any unapproved returns. Also, you are refunded for your items, not for shipping. 
*Please note that most of our pendant are vintage-treated. They may have marks, scratches or discoloration. If you aren't satisfied with the look of your piece, we will happily refund you as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your jewelry. 
Worn or used jewelry
Our items dainty and delicate and should be treated with care. If you experience any need for a repair, we will repair at no cost any breakage caused by our production within 60 days of receiving your item. Send us an e-mail to with your order number and "Repair" in the subject. In the body of your e-mail, please let us know what needs to be repaired and attach images of the damage. Please note that your piece will be evaluated to determine if breakage was caused by production, or misuse of piece.
Shall you be in need of a repair after 60 days of receipt, please e-mail us a detailed description on needed repair, and we will send back a quote with cost of repair. 
Unfortunately at this moment we do not offer returns and repairs for international orders.
